If importer fails during import process then First please check Server/WordPress requirements for the theme.
From our experience not meeting this requirements is responsible for around 95% of problems while importing.
So if anything wrong happens during import, please check your Server/WordPress settings, or send a link to this section to your server administrator.
It is still possible you can encounter something different, and then you should contact us on our support forum.
