Accessed in Appearance → Customize → General settings → Front Page.
WordPress settings first
If you wish to have as your Front Page something else then blog, then first you need to visit WordPress settings.
To make Front page and Blog work as it should you have to follow this steps:
- Go to your WordPress Pages → Add new
- Add new page named Home and another named Blog. These names are examples, you can change them.
- Go to Settings → Reading → Your homepage displays
- Choose “A static page (select below)”
- In Front page: choose Home
- In Posts page: choose Blog
- Save changes.
I don’t need Blog
If you don’t plan to use Blog you can leave empty Posts page option and not create any page for Blog in point 2.
Add Blog page to menu
If you want to add Blog as separate page just go to Appearance → Menus and add selected Posts page to menu.

To select what should be visible on front page go to Appearance → Customize → General settings → Front page → What to show on front page?
You have plenty of options to make your Front Page.
Front page as Page
Content for this page and all settings are set in Page you selected for Front page(here it will be page named Home).
Front page as Blog
Content for this page are posts and all settings are set in Appearance → Customize → Blog settings.
Title displayed on blog is title of Posts page or if there is none such page then it uses default text from translation(usually “Blog”).
Front page as Albums list
Content for this page are albums and settings are set in Appearance → Customize → Albums settings.
Front page as Album
Content for this page and all settings are set in Album you selected to display on Front page (Appearance → Customize → General settings → Front page → Select album to use as front page).
Front page as Works list
Content for this page are works and settings are set in Appearance → Customize → Works settings.
Front page as Work
Content for this page and all settings are set in Work you selected to display on Front page(Appearance → Customize → General settings → Front page → Select work to use as front page).
