As far as we know, currently(September 2017) wordpress.com allows installation of custom themes only in most premium plan.
It is good idea to test it there with Rife Free, and see if everything is good.
Do it before you will invest any money in Rife Pro, as if Rife Free will work, then also Rife Pro version will work there.
